I think I've done parts of my Sun Salute every day for 12 days - and it's really helping. I still have lots of pain, tightness down the outer side of my left leg, but it's clearly related to a number of subsystems - the QL, of course (which is much better) but also to hamstrings and to tendons and muscles in my ankles, toes and calves, as well.
I did a Bound Angle reclining close for sure, as well, and think I worked in several other poses. I know I did Mountain, Triangle and Chair - those seem to be my basics. Both the Triangle and the Chair are very very hard for me, not getting easier yet. Did Garland in water.
Oh, also got down on all fours but only managed Cat Pose, nothing else.
